Guarene is a small, quiet town, and this place sits on a hill beside a castle and church. The views, rooms, hospitality, and cleanliness were all so good. Our room was spacious and beautiful, very clean, and had a cozy bed. They helped us check in early, made a bunch of reservations, including several last minute ones, and looked into small requests so our stay would be comfortable and fun.

We found nearby parking without trouble, though there’s no parking on site at this bed and breakfast on a narrow street in sleepy Guarene. The rooms were large and very clean, and the hosts were friendly and service minded. Breakfast was very good, with choices including different coffees and eggs. One thing caught us off guard: the day before leaving, we were offered sparkling wine and refreshments, and assumed they were complimentary. No one said they cost extra, but we were charged at checkout, which was a big surprise. Even so, we can really recommend the place.

This was our third stay in the Alba region, and Nadia made a real difference compared with our earlier accommodation. She was considerate and hospitable, and her comfort, style, and advice shaped our whole stay as we explored the area.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was superb. Special mention to Raphaella. The attractive rooms are modern and exceptionally clean, with every detail taken care of. It’s a beautiful place to stay, and we hope to return. I’d highly recommend it.

The beds were the best of our trip, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful. This little gem is in the tiny hill town of Guarene, about an 8 minute drive from Alba along a winding road. There’s even a charger for electric cars in town. The hotel has been renovated by people who know what they’re doing, with comfort and style built into every detail. Everywhere we looked, things were beautiful. If you have a car, stay here. A+.
