The owners were very kind, and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and roomy, with ensuite bathrooms, and there’s also a shared bathroom available. The room was bright with a lovely view, and they provide a coffee maker for free. It’s just outside central Gubbio, with easy parking and about a ten-minute walk into town.

Salvatore was especially wonderful with us, and the owners’ kindness and helpfulness made a real difference. They made us feel at home, thank you. The guesthouse sits just outside Gubbio’s walls in a peaceful spot that’s convenient for walking into the center. The rooms are simple and clean, and the value is excellent.

The owners were friendly, the service efficient, and the prices excellent. Our room was clean, and the place is quiet while still being very close to the historic center. In the room there’s Wi-Fi and a TV. Shared facilities include a fridge and a pod coffee machine.

It only takes about five minutes to get to the city center from here. Salvatore was endlessly kind and gave us advice we really appreciated. We’ll definitely come back!
