We felt comfortable from the start thanks to the very kind host, who did everything to make us feel at ease. The rooms were pleasant and the bathroom was clean. I can really recommend staying here. Gertrud from Germany

The owner was friendly, and I had a very good stay in a large room with a nice bathroom next door. Breakfast was good too, with orange juice, cereal, and sweet things, the usual sort of spread in Italy.

The owner is kind, and the room is clean with plenty of space. It's close to the Roman amphitheatre, and breakfast was okay. The blankets smelled a bit. I'd suggest the place for a family with kids.

The price might look tempting, but I think you'll end up disappointed. This property was a disaster for me. The owner seems like an amateur who doesn't know how to run a proper B&B. I don't often leave reviews this negative, but I feel people should be warned to stay away.

It's an easy walk of about 10-15 minutes to the historic city centre. The owner is very kind, and my room was clean and cute, with wooden furniture and decorations.
