Maria Teresa was welcoming straight away and let us check in at a time that suited us. The B&B is right by the historic center, so we could walk to all the sights. Parking is free nearby, though outside the old center, and you can't park right under the house. Our room was huge and had everything we needed, including two sofas, a desk, and a small dresser. The building has three floors and three rooms in total, plus a little shared space downstairs for coffee, herbal tea, or keeping something in the fridge. Breakfast was at a nearby café, where the staff were kind and helpful too. We’ll definitely come back to Gubbio and Maria Teresa 😁

The stone building kept the room cool and dry in late July, and I didn't miss having air conditioning. I can't say whether there was Wi-Fi since I didn't use it, and I was on vacation rather than trying to stay connected. Cell reception was good. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, strong water pressure, hangers, and a dresser, which made it easy to keep things tidy on a longer stay. Breakfast wasn't available under the new COVID-19 rules, but there's a partner bar 150 meters down the street. The location, cleanliness, and comfort work very well together. I'd recommend the place and hope to stay again. Thank you.

The mountain and stream views were beautiful, and the rooms felt welcoming, spacious, and clean. We also liked the Umbrian village feel of the place. It's in the historic center, close to the monumental area as well as traditional restaurants and shops. There's a kettle in the room, and a shared kitchen downstairs with another kettle and a coffee machine. Great value for money!

A small, very clean place spread over three floors in central Gubbio, looking out onto greenery, the mountains, and the little river through town. The location is handy for attractions, with paid and free parking close by. Prices are good, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
