The food was excellent, fresh, delicious, and all homemade by them. Breakfast is included, and the pastries were outstanding. We loved it. A friend of ours from Gubbio recommended this lovely, homely place, and we had a wonderful experience. The location and views are stunning, and our room was very nice, with a comfortable bed.

A hostile, rude family business with appalling service. They were dishonest, aggressive, and petty. The contempt for paying guests felt openly encouraged in a toxic family culture, despite their claims of hospitality. The management came across as arrogant and deceitful. If you value honesty, respect, or basic hospitality, stay far away. I felt lied to, shouted at, and treated like garbage. Avoid this place at all costs.
