We were walking the Cammino de San Francesco as pilgrims and spent a night here. Leonardo welcomed us warmly, washed a load of our sweaty clothes and served a really delicious meal. The view is awe-inspiring, and it’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The 500m walk up the hill is well worth it. We highly recommend this lovely place.

We had a great couple of nights here, and the kids loved it too. The place sits above the surrounding hills on a hilltop at the site of an old castle, so the view is amazing. The drive up is steep on a gravel road, so be prepared to use first gear.

We’ve just come back from three days at this agriturismo and it’s already close to our hearts. We can’t wait to go back. Fabrizia and Luca are such special, kind people, always there when you need them, with a real old-fashioned warmth. Fabrizia is a wonderful cook and so thoughtful about everyone’s needs, while Luca is friendly and welcoming. It’s an ideal place to unwind and feel looked after, and it’s also well placed for visiting lots of fantastic places. Thank you for your hospitality, you’re extraordinary.

We had a truly lovely stay. The food was delicious and traditional, and the portions were generous. Fabrizia and Luca were always kind and available. Borgo San Benedetto farmhouse is perched high on a hill, with a heavenly feel to it. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, while outside there were peaceful spaces, dreamy views over Umbrian hills and woods, and a large pool for a refreshing swim. Thanks to Fabrizia and Luca for our little stay in paradise ❤
