The setting is hard to beat. The views are breathtaking, and Casa Minotti is about a 15-minute drive from Gubbio's historic center and 40 minutes from Assisi. Both places have plenty of restaurants and museums, and I'd absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Umbria. It brings together the feel of a classic Italian country house, luxury hotel accommodations, and beautiful surroundings. The buildings are stunningly well kept, with modern renovations and top-notch interior design. The pool and spa are really well done, and the custom furniture and careful details give the place a personal touch from the family who owns it. Our hosts and the staff were professional and warm, and made us feel at home.

The real highlight was the hospitality from the owner and everyone who looks after the place. A heartfelt thank you to Oda and Jessica for all the care they gave us during these days. This enchanting country house near Gubbio has been renovated beautifully, surrounded by greenery, and looked after down to the smallest detail, from the bedrooms to the shared spaces. It's equipped with every comfort.
