There were six of us and we had lots of room: a large living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The rooms were all laid out very well, and one bedroom even had two beds, so it could easily sleep more people. The garden was magnificent and spacious. Our host was a very kind person who took great care of us and was always available by bike if we had questions. We were lucky to find this holiday home near Gubbio, in Italy's green heart. There's no light pollution or smog, so the stars look beautiful at night. By day, we had fantastic views of the mountains, fields, and countryside. There's also a bus stop near the house for getting into Gubbio.

The house was dirty when it was handed over to us, and there had been no anti-COVID sanitization. Closets were full of the owners' clothes, and many rooms were locked, which made the house unusable. The bathroom still had towels and toiletries used by previous tenants. I do not recommend it.

The owner was truly kind and available for anything we needed, and the house was meticulously clean. We had two children aged 6 and 5 and a two-month-old baby, and the spacious rooms made it easy to get around with the stroller. There's also a huge garden. An ideal place for us. We'll definitely be back, and recommend it!

Everything was truly perfect. The owner was helpful and courteous, and the property is excellently located for visiting the cities of Umbria and Marche.
