Castello Di Magrano

The castle itself is full of history and grandeur. Wandering its corridors and rooms felt like stepping back in time, and every corner had another fascinating detail. The rooms had excellent amenities, and the pool was a welcome place to unwind after exploring. Charming towns like Gubbio are close by, so we could get out and see the area. The people made the stay just as memorable. Remo and his wife Maria welcomed us with real warmth, and Maria added a thoughtful personal touch to our special day by including the Italian wedding tradition of la bomboniere. Anto hosted and guided us, sharing what he knew about the area and making our outings more enjoyable. The caretakers were a delight, helped with everything we needed, and made delicious breakfasts. Chef Giorgio and his team prepared a special dinner that was a culinary masterpiece, with every bite a pleasure. The staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and happy throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Castello di Magrano for a unique, enchanting visit to Italy. We're so grateful for the memories, and will always cherish our time here.

The historic building had plenty to explore, including a secret room, and the pool was amazing. The staff were spectacular, especially the lovely Maria and Irini. We had one of the most amazing weeks of my life. The place itself was a big part of it, and it's an awesome place to stay if you can gather a large group of friends. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
