Beautiful flat in the old town. The hosts were incredibly kind and really went out of their way to sort out parking, even giving us a lift. Everything was perfect, outstanding hosts. I’ll definitely come back.

We were struck by how attentive Gino and Daniela were, they’re truly gracious hosts. The people from Gubbio we met during those December days were also so kind. Their apartment in the annex of the Villa di Casa is comfortable, well furnished, and well equipped. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, kudos to Gino and Daniela. The owner was incredibly kind and gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat. We spent four days here over the August bank holiday in a gorgeous, fully equipped apartment in Gubbio’s historic center. I hope to come back for Christmas. Highly recommended. Erika

My sister and I stayed with Gino and Daniela last week, and the apartment really lived up to the positive reviews. It’s right in the center, clean, tidy, and packed with everything you need. Mr. Gino was thoughtful, kind, and helpful. We were lucky to see the Festa dei Ceri Piccoli, a moving and unique experience. Thanks to Gubbio, and to Gino and Daniela. Lara

I couldn’t have picked better! We had a wonderful stay, and I agree with all the good things already said in other reviews about the apartment. What really stood out to me was Daniela and Gino. Their kindness and willingness to help were almost embarrassing, but they never intruded, which is something you hardly ever see. They’re a real example of how to look after a property and treat guests. They deserve a round of applause!
