We come here every year with family and friends, and there's really nothing we've missed. It's a beautiful, quiet place, with comfortable apartments equipped with everything you need, a great pool, and a very nice owner.

We spent 10 nights here in July 2022, and it was just perfect. The pool was amazing, with loungers and umbrellas set aside for each apartment, all in excellent condition. Our apartment was great too, with hot showers, good wifi, Netflix on the TV if you use your own login, and fly screens on the windows. It's a beautiful location and a great base for exploring nearby areas. What a find! Highly recommended.

We found the apartment spacious and pleasant, with plenty of room outside and a large pool. It was very quiet while we were there, ideal for a family or a peaceful break. Keep in mind there isn't much within walking distance, so you'll need a car to reach Gubbio. The road there is busy and has no sidewalk for a stroll. Cycling is possible, but the hills take some stamina.

A quiet farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with spacious, clean rooms and apartments that have everything you need. Tiziana and Diego are great hosts, always around when needed but never intrusive. The spaces work well for four-legged friends too. We had a really pleasant stay, a lovely place to enjoy nature's peace while visiting Umbria's beautiful villages. Highly recommended.
