The location was genuinely convenient, right at the edge of the historic center with everything nearby. There was paid parking and a small free lot close by. The room itself was small and not well furnished, with a bulky wardrobe that was only half usable, no small table, and a small bathroom without a socket for a hairdryer. The coded automatic door system needs some work. I only spoke with the owner, Stefano, by phone, but he was very kind and sorted out every technical problem.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the owner of the B&B was always available during my overnight stay between Easter and Easter Monday. The location was ideal for parking the car and exploring Gubbio on foot. Recommended.

Stefano was kind and very helpful during our one-night stay. The property is centrally located, handy for people arriving by public transport and for those driving, with a parking lot just below. We'll definitely return!

The room was clean and the location was good, but it was very noisy, especially at night. There was no air conditioning, so at this time of year I couldn't sleep well.

The room was clean, with a small but usable bathroom and a fairly comfortable bed. It's centrally located and convenient for getting around, and there's free parking fairly close by.
