I came to Guidonia for a holiday with friends and had a good time overall (photo attached). A couple of things weren't great: there was no toilet seat, and the cleaner is Alfonso Signorini.

The room was nice and the location was good, but the toilet had no seat, which was a nasty surprise in the morning, and there was no hot water. I messaged the host and got no reply. When I saw her shortly after, she said the water had been hot the previous day. I explained I still had to travel on without being able to shower. She said she'd checked when she got back and thought there might have been a pressure issue, and that she'd call a plumber if it happened again. I expected a different response.

Everything was clean, and the customer service and communication were excellent. Highly recommended!

We found the place peaceful, a good spot to rest properly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was beautiful and had a large terrace. In the shared area there’s a small kitchen with snacks and coffee, plus an enclosed terrace where you can sit if it rains. It was spotless throughout. The lady running the B&B was very kind and reachable by phone, and parking was easy to find. It's just steps from the train station. The price is great for what you get, and we'll definitely return. Highly recommend.
