10/10
The staff are very nice and helpful, and the room has everything you need, plus more. It’s a beautiful hotel in a very quiet spot. It is quite far from Guspini, so you can only get there by car, but the facilities have what you need. The one issue is that there’s no breakfast. The hotel is attached to a sports club, though, so you can use its café and bar.

The pool among the mountains is stunning, the staff are very kind, and both the breakfast and food were very good. The building needs redecorating to meet a four-star standard, though. At night the restaurant was too chaotic, as was the tunnel leading to it. The shop could be improved, and facilities like Wi-Fi and the tennis courts should be promoted better. An ice cream shop would be very popular.

I cancelled my one-week booking on March 30 because I was pregnant, but I still haven’t received my refund. Each week I’ve contacted them, I’ve been promised it would be done the following week. Last week the manager even assured me I’d get an email confirming the bank transfer on Monday. It’s Wednesday now, and there’s still nothing. This feels very dishonest. Maybe the problems only start when you cancel, since everyone seems to say it’s a great place to stay. I’m very disappointed, and I’m sure this won’t end here.

There are lots of services here, including a pool, spa, restaurant, bowling, and gym, and the room was fantastic. It’s a beautiful place, close to wonderful beaches and other amazing spots.
