We spent three days here and never saw a staff member, though that didn’t cause us any trouble. Anyone needing help right away might find it an issue. The common room and kitchen were great for spending time with friends, and the rooms were comfortable. Bard’s medieval center was an easy walk away, while the place was far enough from pricey Aosta and Cervina to keep the stay affordable.

The hosts were so considerate of each guest’s needs, and very courteous. I appreciated how friendly and reachable they were by phone. The hostel was spotless in both the rooms and shared spaces. It’s well placed for nearby castles and hikes, and you can get to Aosta in about 30 minutes without using the highway.

The view across to Bard Fort is lovely, and the place makes a good starting point for exploring the valleys nearby. The new management and staff were friendly and professional. My room was simple but welcoming and clean, and checking myself in made arrival easy.

Spotlessly clean, with comfortable furnishings and everything needed in the rooms and shared spaces. The hosts were kind and ready to help, and the price was good for what you get. Bard Fort is an easy walk away. I’ll definitely return!
