The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was more than enough for us. Donatella was so helpful during our bike tour in Umbria: she found a secure spot for our bikes, helped us load them, and even drove us to a nearby restaurant. The villa sits among greenery, and our room was lovely and spacious. We highly recommend it.

Donatella gave us such a kind welcome. We stayed one night at this lovely B&B in the countryside, just beyond busy Terni, and the city center was only a five-minute drive away. The room was pretty and, most of all, clean, with comfy beds and a roomy bathroom. Great value, and we'd happily recommend it.

We felt at home straight away, even though we arrived much later than planned. Donatella was warm with us and especially sweet with our three-year-old son. After a pleasant chat over the breakfast she prepared the next morning, she shared tips for Marmore Falls and nearby restaurants. We spent one night at B&B Villa Maria, a family-run place surrounded by greenery, peaceful and ideal for a quiet break. Thanks for everything, B&B Villa Maria!

We had a wonderful four days here. The rooms were clean and looked out onto the surrounding greenery, and breakfast was varied and delicious. The owner was kind and always ready to help. It's a beautiful, quiet place away from city noise, just right for a peaceful holiday. See you next time!

You can feel the care that goes into making guests feel at home. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and we felt at home ourselves. The place is quiet, surrounded by greenery, and very well looked after. A big thank you to Mrs. Donatella ☺️
