Casa Anna

The apartment was well equipped, and reception service was very good. Guests also get free access to the swimming pool and playing field at the nearby campsite. It’s quiet, near the lake and mountain trails, and in a good location.

The lake is right there, but the garden’s old walnut trees give you enough distance for privacy, shade, and peace. A beautiful spot.

We felt very comfortable in this lovely, secluded place right on the lake. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a great terrace. With two small children it was a bit cramped, though manageable since the weather was mostly good. For cooking, two pots and exactly four of each utensil, forks, knives, small spoons, and so on, felt a little sparse. A dishwasher would have helped us. We also noticed plenty of holidaymakers with dogs.

The narrow beach just beyond the garden gate made the location at Casa Anna hard to beat. We had a wonderful week, swimming and then relaxing on the garden loungers with that fantastic view. One drawback is the advertised parking lot, which is shared with everyone going to the lake. On sunny days we often had to look for a spot along the road. Vesta is quite remote, so it’s worth buying groceries at a large supermarket on the way. The small shop in Crone is cramped, has a limited selection, and makes it easy to pick up extra things on impulse.
