There isn't a reception desk, but whenever we had a question, we got an answer on WhatsApp. The place was quiet and clean, with a big comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. And it's only 20 meters from Piazza del Campo, which made it ideal for a night in Siena.

The room stayed cool even without air conditioning, and you're very close to Piazza del Campo. I'll keep this place in mind for another trip to Siena.

Even with things being so difficult right now, the welcome was warm and everyone was kind and hospitable. The stay was comfortable and the services were just right.

The price was fair and reasonable, and the people there were really kind, helpful, and friendly. The inside has been recently renovated, and Piazza del Campo is just a few steps away. I'd recommend it.
