The resort itself is charming, with lovely lake views, helpful and friendly staff, and lots of outdoor activities for families and active guests. The owner was super kind and helpful, and we do plan to return, but we'll choose another flat. Our Edda bungalow was disappointing. The air was damp, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell, there was visible mold on the bedroom wall, and the floors were dirty when we arrived. One night we even found a scorpion under the bed. The interior seemed neglected, and noise from the upstairs neighbors was a constant problem. Enjoy the resort, but pick a better-maintained unit for a more comfortable stay. Jeroen, who runs the site's facilities, speaks several languages and is very friendly, as are the other people here. He and his wife Laura look after individual requests and bookings, and they're just a call or message away when needed. They're a real treasure. The lakeside site has a mix of apartments, holiday houses, and private homes. You can rent boats, surfboards, and SUPs nearby, and it's a great base for sightseeing and sports. Idro is one of the best places in Northern Italy.

Spotlessly clean and right on the lake, with amazing personal service. It’s a magnificent place to relax, bring your bike or motorbike, or play tennis. Honestly, I’d move there. Thanks so much for looking after us.

Years ago, this used to be a pub called "Dindo". I had some good times there and met locals who took me under their wing when I was young, then showed me around Brescia. Lovely people.
