After a confusing start on both sides, Paolo and Angela sent us such a kind message and generously refunded the full booking amount. We’d had to cut short our cycling holiday in Sardinia on the second day because our father-in-law’s health was deteriorating quickly. In the rush, we messaged the owners of L'arancio Antico to cancel that day instead of cancelling directly through Booking.com, so we were charged anyway. We explained the circumstances afterwards. Isn’t that a beautiful gesture? We’ll definitely come back to Sardinia and visit Paolo and Angela, and give them a hug.

Iglesias was a lovely surprise, and the apartment was perfect, with its own courtyard and just steps from the center. Paolo, the owner, was so kind. He gave us beer and jam and shared really useful information. Thanks for welcoming us into your home. Highly recommended.

Even though we booked at the last minute, we had a great stay. They were very kind and thought of everything we might need, helped us along the way, and kept our bags for a few days. The bus stop is only a few steps away.

Right beside the center, the accommodation was wonderfully quiet. We really enjoyed our stay in Iglesias, a charming town that was a delightful discovery. Ángela and Paolo were incredibly kind and attentive, with lots of thoughtful little touches.
