B&b Hotel Imperia

The hotel is very nice and the rooms have good equipment, but breakfast matters just as much to me. I've stayed about six times and always liked the self-service buffet. Under the new management, food is now served by staff from behind a counter. I waited more than 12 minutes in a queue of around eight people, with no clear order as others went ahead while I waited. The coffee came out cold, since the staff member was overwhelmed and rushing. We also had to move used cups and plates and wipe a table with napkins to sit down. Then someone started piling dirty dishes from another table onto ours so she could clear hers. If you don't need breakfast, this is a very nice hotel. But breakfast is important to me, so I won't stay here again.

Very bad service. I arrived tired at 4 in the morning and only needed three hours of sleep. I'd already paid €100 and booked through Booking, but it took an hour to get into the room. Never book this hotel.

The rooms are modern and attractive, and dogs are welcome. The building used to be a theatre, which gives it an elegant but cosy feel. You can relax in the lobby, have a drink, or read a book.

The location is perfect, and the manager was welcoming, friendly, and understanding. The rooms could use some attention.
