The studio was rundown and furnished in awful taste. It smelled bad, maybe of sewage, and the colored sheets were smelly and seemed unsuitable for a property, as if they’d been brought from someone’s home. The old carpets were dirty, and the furniture looked randomly recycled. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and they hadn’t even left a bottle of water. I paid for breakfast and was cheated out of it. The host also tried to leave without giving me any information, and only provided it when I asked. Some photos don’t reflect reality. I strongly advise against this place, and wouldn’t trust the Booking.com reviews.

I’m speechless. From the moment you walk into the kitchen, it’s obvious it hasn’t been cleaned in ages: moldy coffee, dirty dishes, and dust and grime everywhere. At least the refrigerator was clean. The water never gets hot enough for a shower, so I had to heat buckets to bathe my daughter. There weren’t enough dishes, and there was no extra blanket, so I was freezing. The whole stay was a disaster, starting with the name itself. I’m not sure the Booking.com reviews are genuine. They stop answering calls once you’ve paid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

A terrible stay. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in ages, and the kitchen was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. What they call a kitchen is a gas canister hooked up to a small stove. There wasn’t enough hot water in the heater for even one person to shower, and breakfast wasn’t included. After check-in, they never picked up the phone again. I wouldn’t recommend the place.

If Gianfranco hadn’t been friendly, this would have been even worse. The property itself was terrible, with a moldy smell, smelly sheets and an unclean room. There wasn’t even a way to make coffee, and the so-called double sofa bed was in poor condition. Definitely my worst experience. Not recommended.

The owner was friendly, and the location is central. Our room had two double beds, one tucked into a small cave. Breakfast was delicious at the nearby bakery.
