The welcome and the stunning vineyard views are what make this place special. We arrived on a Tuesday and learned the restaurant was closed that day, but they suggested excellent nearby places to eat and we were happy with them. Breakfast was delicious, especially brought to our room with that view. The location is great for getting to most of what the region offers. I’ll stay here again when I return.

We were unsure at first when lunch came with no written menu and only a few dishes described aloud. That quickly changed: every plate impressed us, and the whole visit was a delight. The views are amazing, and choosing wine meant going down to the cellar instead of looking at a list. A really special experience in the area.

Simone showed us around his impressive cellar and shared some recommendations. The food was excellent, and the evening ended with another group inviting us to try their lovely wines. Such a good experience.

We always make a point of returning to L’Eremo della Gasprina when we're in the region. The Surprise Menu has delighted us every time, and the views from this hidden gem are breathtaking. Simone and Julia are so welcoming, and the wine cellar is spectacular too.
