For the price, it's hard to complain. The location is perfect and the value is great, though the walls are a little thin.

A lovely room for a limited budget. It was all very nice and clean.

The beach is nearby, which was a plus. But breakfast was very limited and poor, and there were other problems too. No one told us in advance that the hotel is in the ZTL zone. Parking is tiny and almost impossible, and there's no elevator. We'd booked a room with a private bathroom, but it was shared with another room. It was dirty and in poor condition, and the cleanliness overall left a lot to be desired.

We booked directly and left in under two hours. For the price, we weren't expecting anything fancy, but the room was a hovel. The manager knew we'd gone because of its condition. We felt ashamed on his behalf. Rooms like that should be checked, because this was unacceptable. They didn't even offer a hint of a refund. We were foolish to book directly and should have used the app.
