A beautiful, excellent, relaxing place. Mario and Michela are so friendly and make you feel at home. Their breakfast is delicious.

We loved all the creative little details, and everything felt new and modern. The house is amazing, with a beautiful view and pool area. It was super clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the hosts were great!

We spent 10 days at Il Sole di Poggi and enjoyed every one of them. The small hotel sits a little apart in the mountain village of Poggi, which brings real peace and quiet along with a stunning sea view. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with fantastic cycling routes, especially for anyone who likes a bit of climbing. There’s even a room to store bikes. Breakfast in the garden was a particular treat, with lots of choices. The pool was always clean, and the whole property was impeccably maintained. The building was fully renovated in 2020. Our room was superbly equipped, and the beds were first-class. The owners live on the ground floor and made us feel incredibly welcome. One practical note: the driveway is narrow, so a particularly long or wide vehicle may be difficult to drive up. There’s free parking a little farther up at the church square, which worked fine for us in the off-season. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone after something special and a truly relaxing getaway. Thank you, Mario and Michela, for a wonderful holiday. You’re amazing hosts!
