The brothers who run this place were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked really well. Our room was large, with a big bed and a nice bathroom. It was clean and comfortable, and there was a small lounge shared by the three rooms, with a coffee machine. The fridge had enough water and fruit juice for our six-night stay, and coffee, sugar, and milk were provided for the machine. The bed linen was changed regularly. Breakfast was a coffee and croissant at a little café just a few yards away. My wife and I enjoyed sitting there among the locals, served by a pleasant young woman. Check-in was at 4pm. You walk through an old courtyard and building, go up one flight, then open a heavy old-fashioned door. We’re both 80, so this will be our one and only visit, more’s the pity.

A comfortable, clean room with water and juice, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There’s also a restaurant downstairs serving very good food, which was a nice bonus.

The owners were remarkably friendly, and the location is right by the harbor, handy for Golden Beach and the local restaurants. The rooms are clean and well organized, if a bit standard. Stairs and the entrance are what you’d expect in a home by the harbor. For Italian breakfast, there’s a nearby café with a terrace overlooking the harbor. The minibar comes with coffee pods, snacks, fruit juice, and water at no charge.

Everything you need is just a couple of steps away. Clean, tidy, great room service, parking, and fantastic staff. Nothing else to add. We’ll definitely be back, Davide.

The room was spotless, and the owner was so kind and helpful. Such a cute place. If I’m back in the area, I’d definitely stay at Perla Nera again.
