I’d give it one star, and even that feels generous. The place looks and feels like a modest senior home. There’s only one menu, with little choice and no originality. The room was cold, with cracks and mold on the walls. They claim to have a sauna, but it was just a pool with lukewarm, chlorinated water. There was nobody to help, and we had to use towels from our room, with no other towels available. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The customer service was disgusting. They charged me the day after I booked, but when we arrived they said our room wasn’t ready and sent us to another hotel in the middle of the island, with no sea access and a horrible room and bathroom. We lost two vacation days and paid taxes and other expenses. The next day, when we returned, the rude receptionist said they’d done us a “favor” by finding that accommodation for free. We’d also paid extra in advance for a room with a sofa, but the same unpleasant man said they couldn’t provide it because they had no space, and wouldn’t refund the difference. Communication was awful, and once they had our money they didn’t seem to care about what we’d booked. It felt like they were trying to charge us twice without providing what we’d already paid for. There’s no usable Wi-Fi either, the connection can’t even open a browser. The included food was lousy, and the room near the sea was average. The “restaurant” coffee barely counts as coffee. Don’t be fooled by this hotel. There are better places where you can get what you paid for.
