A lovely, local feel, with warm people, nice rooms, and excellent food that made the stay memorable. This family-owned hotel has been running for 70 years and sits right in the heart of Ischia Ponte. They also organize island tours for guests.

The thermal pool was a lovely way to unwind in the afternoon, and the water temperature was just right. It fills each day from around 13:30, drains, then refills overnight. On our last day we joined a hotel-organised boat trip around the island, with swimming stops and a short pause in Sant'Angelo, which is only reachable by boat, with no cars. Lunch and wine were included. The two brothers from the hotel knew loads about the island and made everyone feel comfortable. Such an amazing day! We loved the whole stay and will definitely be back in 2026. We got a warm welcome when we arrived, and check-in from 12pm was really handy. Our room was bright, spacious, and clean, with a great castle view from the balcony. Breakfast was included, really good, and offered plenty of choices to start the day. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The location worked well for us: five minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes to Ischia Ponte and the castle, and a 20-minute walk down to the port. There were lots of shops and restaurants close by, plus excellent bus connections to other parts of the island.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was homemade and finger-licking good. We couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a warm, family-run hotel, and the staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, with a fantastic sense of humour that stayed respectful. One of the best experiences of our lives. The boat trip around the island with Andreas and Antonio was incredibly beautiful and fun. I believe they run it every Wednesday. Big thanks to the brothers for that experience. At Hotel Europa the rooms were very nice, and all the staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection, and the thermal pool was lovely too. We had an absolutely amazing stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend it.
