The manager was so friendly and helpful, and the facilities were new and kept clean. There are only a few pitches, but they’re spacious and each has electricity and water. It’s a handy place to stop for a night or two. The water park is just a few metres away; it’s fairly small and the water is a bit cold, though it’s still a fun way to spend a hot day with kids. The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday, and local products are sold at reception. I’d recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, though its start time was a little too early for us. The rooms are great, with air conditioning and everything we needed, and the staff were very kind and helpful. It’s also well placed for getting to the Trebbia river.

The shower block was spotless, and the pitches were level and gravelled, with farmland all around. The owner gave us a warm welcome. The restaurant was closed during our visit, but town is only a short walk away. Such a lovely little campsite, and I’d definitely recommend the hazelnut cookies too.

Big pitches and clean, new facilities, with a supermarket and a great pizza place just three minutes away. The town centre is about ten minutes on foot. We loved the natural setting and how friendly the staff were. This campsite felt like a little slice of heaven.

We found this a very welcome break on our way down to Greece, and could easily have stayed longer. The restaurant was superb and the facilities were very good. Local services are close by, either a short walk or an even quicker drive. It would make a great base for exploring the area.
