The balcony views are spectacular, and Iseo is about a 12-minute walk up the hill. Getting here from Milan by bus and train was easy, too. We had a fantastic stay, with a very comfortable bed, a spotless room, a lovely breakfast, and terrific staff. Already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed one night in June and really enjoyed it. The views are hard to describe, and our room was fresh and clean. The road up the mountain is narrow but charming. We walked down to the village and back, about 25 minutes each way, and it was definitely manageable without the car. Would love to visit this little gem again.

The view from the little terrace is incredible, with Monte Isola to the right and the marshland stretching out to the left. I watched Lake Iseo change from dusk into night and then morning, wine in hand. I was visiting Izeo for the Franciacorta, and the inn introduced me to a MIRABELLA edition connected with the property that isn't available in Japan. Tasting it at sunset was a treat. Breakfast was so good I wished I had room for more. Dinner wasn't being served on the outdoor terrace during my visit, which was a shame, but I'd love to try it if it reopens. The inn is a 20-plus-minute uphill walk from Izeo station. With heavy bags, I'd take a cab or another ride. If you're driving, there's free parking at the hotel. Once there, the bright, classy staff greeted me with warm smiles. My room was one of several guest rooms on the second floor, and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. I almost felt bad bringing in dusty shoes from hiking the mountain paths. I heard the rooms are being renovated, so it sounds like newer rooms are on the way. When I walked back down the mountain, I was so sad to leave I cried a little. Thank you, I'll definitely return.

A quiet, cozy place with a fantastic view. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
