We only stayed one night, my colleague and I, while working in Italy. Traffic held us up, so we couldn't check in on time. We called, and a very nice lady sent us the door QR code and left the room keys somewhere we could find them. The room was cozy and quiet, with a nice view of the surroundings. It was clean and had everything we needed, including towels, soap, a hairdryer, toothbrushes, and more. We got a good rest before travelling home. Breakfast was very tasty, and they offered us coffee. A really pleasant experience, definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and quick to handle requests, and they were very accommodating with some special ones we had. The property is new and modern, and it's kept in meticulous condition. Everything was impeccably clean. Truly a perfect stay, highly recommended! 😊

2/10
The one real positive was that the place was very clean. Otherwise, it was a terrible stay. The room is inside an industrial warehouse or shopping center, and besides being unappealing, it was noisy. Breakfast was poor, just packaged croissants, and nothing was handmade despite what other reviews say. On the first morning, we ate with the woman doing the laundry and ironing because the rooms are so small she couldn't shut the door. Barbara, who I think is responsible for the tense, negative atmosphere in the building, was rude. The woman at breakfast also seemed clearly annoyed. The reviews here and on Booking.com are absolutely false.

The staff were friendly and professional, but I've never seen a room this small. I couldn't even fit the whole room into one photo.

The care they show guests is clear, especially in the wide breakfast selection, which includes options for people with intolerances or allergies. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and friendly service make this a very worthwhile place to stay.
