The rooms feel spacious and inviting, and the furnishings give the place an elegant feel. There’s also a generous self-service breakfast with plenty of variety, plus ample parking. A lovely property in the province of Verona.

We even got to pick figs with Luigia from the garden orchard one morning, which made the stay feel especially homey. We spent two nights at Villa Esperia, and Luigia welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away. Breakfast was homemade in that same way. Highly recommended! 👍🏻 The entrance gate is a little hard to spot from the road.

The cleaning ladies are really lovely, and the son and daughter-in-law are very nice too, though you unfortunately don't see them. The B&B itself isn't bad, but it’s badly managed, and the woman running it is extremely rude. Sadly, I can't recommend it.

The price was insane, and the management was terrible. Breakfast was poor, the coffee machine was nonexistent, and cleanliness was poor too. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
