Casa Adele 3

The owners were very kind, and even left us fruit from their garden to take with us. We stayed from July 16th to 22nd. The house was practically new and had everything we needed. It was cool, quiet, and comfortable, and being 15 minutes from the sea was fine for us. If you want to visit other beaches, add another 10 minutes for the ones farther away. The main cities are about the same distance and nice for an evening visit.

It's a little out of the way, which makes it great for escaping the crowds. The new building has excellent finishes and spacious, well-planned interiors. There are lots of useful things provided, including dishes and a washing machine, plus what you need to use them. Outside, there's plenty of space, parking, and a garden shared with the other two units. The garden is lovely for relaxing in the quiet. The downsides were no air conditioning, though we didn't need it in the evenings, no mosquito nets, and weak artificial lighting in the rooms.

Casa Adele was such a lovely surprise. The farmhouse is clean, fresh-smelling, new, and furnished with real taste. We arrived to find wine, water, coffee, and other useful basics, which you don't necessarily expect in an apartment. Every window looks onto a scene that could be painted. It's peaceful among green hills, with beautiful walks nearby. In September, there were blackberries along the streets around the house, and walking and picking them was wonderful. Close by, there are beautiful beaches, good food, traditions, and little seaside and mountain villages, including Sperlonga, Gaeta, Itri, and Fondi. I left feeling recharged in my mind and heart. Thanks, Casa Adele, for being the perfect birthday present. I hope I can come back soon.
