Note di Jesi

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and breakfast was good. I only spent one night here, but the apartment seemed very well equipped. It’s cozy, with a large terrace, and the city center is an easy five-minute walk away.

Cinzia and her staff made the stay especially welcoming, and we’ll definitely come back on our yearly trip to Le Marche. Everything worked perfectly, from the air conditioning and amenities to the breakfast, service, cleanliness, and location. Excellent, exceptional.

I was left without a place to stay after traveling from Rome for work, and I’m very disappointed. I had booked directly with Cinzia on May 27 for four nights in July 2019, after a trusted local contact shared her details. Nearing Jesi, I messaged to say I was about to arrive. She said she had no record of my booking, so I pointed her to the WhatsApp confirmation she’d sent months earlier. She had apparently canceled my reservation in favor of a more profitable 14-day stay. She also wanted to move me somewhere else, although I had specifically asked for accommodation. I’d give less than one star if I could. I don’t recommend the place because of the host’s lack of professionalism and punctuality. I hope this negative review helps show that a nice property doesn’t make everyone suited to hosting.

The owner and the woman who looks after the property were both very kind. It’s close to the center and has all the amenities. Fantastic place, highly recommended.
