I made a one-night Booking reservation at around 8 PM and called the property to ask about check-in. The gentleman sounded annoyed and said it was impossible that he didn’t have a room ready. When I mentioned the card payment, he denied it had gone through and told me to check that nothing had been charged, even though I already had the receipt. Thankfully, Booking.com sorted out the refund. We all know cleaning happens after checkout, before the next check-in, which is why there’s a time window between the two. That doesn’t explain what happened here.

We had a pretty bad experience. The house smelled of smoke as soon as we walked in, and the air conditioning wasn’t working well, so it was cold at night. They should have learned this before having a baby.

The manager was friendly and helpful, and the surroundings were clean and pleasant. It's only a few steps from the center of Jesi. We had an excellent stay.

It’s a small place, but there’s private parking, and the quiet spot just outside the center of Jesi was perfect for relaxing. My fiancée and I stayed one night and had a great time. The owner was extremely kind and waited patiently even though we were late for check-in. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and had every comfort. Breakfast was excellent, and the anti-Covid measures were carefully handled. We’ll definitely be back.

The owner was honest and kind, and I liked everything else. It’s very nice and excellent value for money. The only downside was the access road, which is a bit narrow.
