Acapulco Beach

The staff were so kind and friendly, and the welcome and service were hard to put into words. We had a great time, even though our visit was short. Breakfast was plentiful, and everything in the restaurant was better than we expected. The bed was comfortable, the beach was close, and the hotel has its own deck chairs. It’s right in the middle of the nightlife, but you can hardly hear it in the room. If you go to Jesolo, choose Acapulco! There are probably nicer or better hotels for people who want that, but the staff’s kindness is priceless.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was simple, new, and clean. It had enough space for two, though it was a bit noisy at night. With the windows closed and the air conditioning running, it was fine. The food wasn’t great, more like fast-food restaurant quality. The waitresses sometimes mixed up which table ordered which meal, though the orders did eventually reach the right people. Parking isn’t very flexible: there’s a first-to-arrive, last-to-leave queue, but the car movements are well organized.

The location made it easy to get around, and we borrowed the hotel bikes for free each day to see different parts of Jesolo. The private beach was less than a two-minute walk away. Our room and the corridors were very clean, and we had a roomy balcony. All three staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful, and we got a lovely welcome at reception. Breakfast was quite basic, but a light start was all we wanted, so that suited us. We had a lovely four-night stay at Acapulco and would happily return. Thanks to the staff for making our holiday special.
