The room issue was the worst part of our stay. We’d booked a room where our two young children could sleep in separate beds, but were given another one with a top bunk about five feet up and no guardrail. We felt it was unsafe and asked the English-speaking receptionist to move us. He tried, but the new manager refused, even though the email chain showed the booking mistake was hers. She told us in Italian to take it or leave it, assuming we wouldn’t understand, then walked away. We ended up giving the kids our bed and sleeping on mattresses on the floor all week. We’d stayed here a few times over the past years, but things have gone downhill under the new manager. The rooms feel dated for the price, breakfast isn’t as good as it used to be, and guests now pay a daily fee to use the hotel’s beach umbrellas. Very disappointing. We won’t be back.

The cleaning ladies and waiters were okay, but the stay had a string of problems. We were there for eight nights. From the first day, the room fridge was an issue, and reception replied, “It is a hotel fridge!” The balcony shades fell down, leaving me stuck there for 30 minutes. The next afternoon, while we were putting our kids down for a nap, an employee started drilling into a wall and woke them up. I’ve spent more than 15 years working in some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, so I’d have appreciated a discount, at least on the sunbeds, if not on the extras I used at the hotel.

The pool garden is lovely, and the hotel is right by the beach. It was spotless throughout, and the food was fresh, tasty, and a very good standard each evening. The staff across the bar, pool, lifeguards, restaurant, and housekeeping worked hard. Edina was especially kind and helpful, and Simone and Fredrico at the pool bar were warm and friendly. I enjoyed several of their cocktails and would gladly have drinks there again. Thanks to everyone who worked to make the holiday pleasant. Our air conditioning didn’t work when we arrived. We had to complain three times and lost two nights of sleep before it was fixed. Sound also carries badly between rooms, and noisy guests next door kept us awake. The hotel is popular with Italian and German visitors, and we were the only English guests during our ten nights. Families come here in numbers, so there’s the usual noise from children too. The pool area and food would bring me back, but the noise and lack of other English guests put us off. The reception staff were helpful, though not very approachable. You can choose a sunbed by the pool or on the beach, but not use both or switch between them, which is a shame. For an expensive three-star hotel, the rooms need attention. The furniture is old, our chest of drawers had missing handles and scratched wood, and the wardrobe door fell off. The price is comparable to four-star hotels in Jesolo. I’d stay again for the staff, meals, and pool, but the noise and tired rooms would stop me.

Breakfast was fresh and really good, including Italian coffee made fresh. The hotel sits right in the center of Lido di Jesolo, less than 100 meters from the beach. Staff were busy but polite. The rooms have a 1970s look, but were clean, tidy, and had air conditioning and balconies. Definitely worth a visit.

The rooms look a little old-fashioned, but that didn’t matter much with such a beautiful view. It’s a good hotel in a perfect spot, with a pool, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast. We had a really lovely stay. Thank you!
