Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the location suited us well. The food was amazing, and our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I honestly can't think of anything to complain about. It was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience.

I still feel hurt by how disrespectfully I was treated at dinner. I saw another guest carrying her own dessert without help from a waiter, so I tried to take one for myself. A waitress hurried over and spoke to me angrily in Italian, and I felt extremely uncomfortable. If guests aren't meant to serve themselves dessert, the rules should be explained clearly to everyone in an international language, not only Italian. We pay a significant amount and expect polite, professional treatment.

The location worked well for visiting Venice and the other islands, which were easy to reach by local transport. You can buy tickets at reception. We had a great stay: our balcony looked over the pools and sea, and the room was spotless, tidy, and quiet. The public areas were clean too, and the heated pool was a big plus. Sunbeds and towels could be booked at reception. Every staff member we met was friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was a good continental spread, with a staffed station preparing a few hot options. I enjoyed the tasty, filling evening meals, though my partner had fewer choices because of allergies. I'd recommend staying here. Thank you all.

The apartment was well equipped, with a spacious, clean bathroom. The hotel was quiet day and night, and we really enjoyed being there. Staff were friendly and helpful, the parking lot was on site, and the breakfasts were delicious. It's also in a perfect location.
