Hotel Excelsior

We’ve stayed at the Excelsior three times now, and have loved it every time. The rooms are really nice and clean, and the staff are very kind. You’re close to pretty much everything you might need, including shops, arcades, restaurants, and the beach. Their pool restaurant is worth a try too. The menu is very good, and everything we ate there was delicious!

The pool was very nice and clean, and there’s a huge variety of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was modern, clean, and nice, with a great bathroom, and breakfast was very good. The location is great, and the hotel deserves its four stars. The lovely staff really make the place, especially the receptionists. They were always smiling, spoke excellent English, and seemed very happy. I’d definitely recommend it and will visit again.

We had a nice week at this good four-star hotel. The bar outside was perfect, and Enrico was running it. He was happy to help with anything. The staff were kind and smiling, and helpful throughout. The rooms were fine and well maintained, with air conditioning that worked very well. Even though the area around the hotel is lively, you barely notice it inside. If I had one complaint, it’d be that there should be more entertainment for children.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the bar had good drinks at fair prices. The pool was clean and very nice, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We also found the staff lovely, especially the receptionists, who were always smiling, spoke excellent English, and seemed happy. The modern room was clean and had a great bathroom. My one complaint is that I didn’t have a sea view or balcony, though the room served its purpose. It’s a lovely, old-fashioned Italian beach hotel with a great location, and it fully deserves its four stars. Breakfast was very good. I’d definitely recommend it and will visit again.
