The reception staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. They were genuinely kind and professional, and helped with all the little things that made us comfortable. We felt looked after and truly welcome throughout our stay. Thanks for the hospitality. We'd be glad to return and recommend the hotel to others.

The beach was right there for the teenagers, and access was included in the price, which isn't the case at every hotel. There was a pool too, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is an old Italian classic, but really clean and well cared for, and its age is part of its charm. The staff were relaxed, friendly, and helpful. The owners were around most of the time and clearly care about the place. Nearby streets have lovely, affordable shops and restaurants. Bus No5 from Piazza Trieste outside Ave Marie goes to Venice and elsewhere. We loved the hotel and holiday. Thanks, everyone 💋

The food was alright and the hotel itself was okay, but our stay went downhill because of bugs in room 411 and cold water. There were lots of ants and other bugs in the room. The solar panels had stopped working or something, and we had no hot water for about three days.

We paid a lot for this hotel, but the place felt cheap. The old man working there was extremely rude and had no manners. Someone should teach him how to speak to people. I wonder why they hire staff at that age.

Right on the beach, and good value for money. The hotel feels a bit old now, but there's still something special about it. It must once have been one of the area's crown jewels. Cosy and elegant, with plenty of glamour as soon as you walk in. Recommended!
