Hotel Diana

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout. The location is perfect. We'd definitely come back.

We had booked through Trip.com and contacted the hotel beforehand about parking. They said it was 400 m away, but on arrival the receptionist told us it was actually 950 m away and required a €20 deposit. When I asked to pay by card, he refused and sent us to the main street to find an ATM for cash. It was 11:30 p.m. after an 11-hour journey. I showed him the earlier message, but he kept saying it wasn't his fault. We thanked him anyway and chose another hotel because of his arrogant behavior. As we left, I heard him badmouthing us in front of the hotel. We explained everything to Trip.com, but they said the hotel claimed we'd stayed overnight and wouldn't refund us. We had to send the bill from the other hotel to prove the hotel was lying. Terrible customer service.

We first stayed at Hotel Diana last year and had a wonderful holiday, so we came back. The welcome this time stunned us, and the service was even better. Ms. Eva, the wonderful administrator, resolved all our questions within 5 minutes. The hotel is in perfect order, and the room was clean. Many thanks to Ms. Vassila. The buffet breakfast was at a very high level, even better than last year, with all products fresh and delicious. Ms. Monica fulfilled every request right away. Thank you, Hotel Diana, for the wonderful gifts, such a pleasant surprise. We have another week of our holiday left and are very happy. We'll probably come with friends!

It's rated as a 3 star hotel, but the staff get 5 stars from us. They were so nice and helpful, and made my vacation really pleasant. The room was simple, but I only needed a bed and breakfast, so it was enough for me. If you're looking for budget accommodation, I strongly recommend this place.
