We were generally very satisfied. The hotel is nice and very close to the beach, and our smaller room was adequate. We had full board, and all the food was very good. The only food-related issue was that I could only get coffee in the morning, since the machines were off in the afternoon and evening. There were ants in the room, but I dealt with them using a spray. The beach setup was handy: our own umbrella and two sun loungers, plus a locker for belongings and a chip for the normally paid toilets. There’s parking at the hotel, but it’s small, so you can use a nearby guarded car park included in the price.

We had a really good experience at The Hollywood Hotel. The food was tasty and high quality, with local and international choices at dinner, and the beds were super comfortable. Our room was modern, well kept and nicely cleaned. The staff across the hotel were outstanding. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, with a reserved section for the hotel and a beach pass included for each guest. We’d definitely recommend staying here in Lido Di Jesolo.

We spent seven days here in September and were happy with the hotel. The room wasn’t very big, but it had a large locker for our clothes and a shelf below where a big suitcase fit. There was also a small veranda shared with the room next door. The room was cleaned daily, though one day I noticed my hair was still on the floor and the cleaner hadn’t vacuumed. Otherwise, all was good. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were too. Danielle at reception is a sweet young lady. The hotel sits at the end of the main road with its restaurants and stores. Beyond it, the area is residential, with mostly apartments for rent. Our sunbed was included, so there was nothing extra to pay. It was a bit cold early and late in the day, but still warm enough to sunbathe all day. There’s a bus stop close by, number 58. We took it to Jesolo’s main bus station and changed to a bus to San Marco Polo airport, about a 40-minute trip. You need to buy your ticket at the main bus station because you can’t buy one from the driver. There were fewer people in Jesolo then, which made for a very relaxing holiday. If we return, we’ll stay here again.

Hotel Hollywood is a great choice if you’re visiting Lido di Jesola, though it’s a sunbed ghetto and I’d choose a smaller place. The hotel is nicely located, with good rooms and an awesome breakfast. The front desk girl deserves an extra, extra plus. There was a misunderstanding with our reservation, but she sorted it out so well that I went from irritated to really satisfied. Bravo!
