Hotel Manila

I was disappointed with the hotel. The sea was only visible from the side of the window, and I had expected a kettle and coffee in the room, but there was neither. The parking lot could be closer, and the pool was small, even though the photo made it look like three pools piled together 😸. The rooms were small, with very cramped, uncomfortable shower cabins; everything looked old, though it was still holding up. There wasn’t much room for sun loungers either, so keep that in mind. I’d suggest booking on another street, farther from the sea, if it means getting decent conditions. There, three stars might feel like five-plus.

We have no desire to return after the way several employees treated us. On September 26, 2025, I asked Miguel Angelo from the bar area to bring tea to room 218. It took a long time, then he knocked very loudly and woke my sleeping wife. When I asked him to knock more respectfully, he handed over the tea abruptly and I burned myself on the hot water. He said he wouldn’t be there, but that we would still be charged €4 for the service. His manner was bad-tempered and disrespectful, and he also passed himself off as his colleague Cristian.

We only planned to stay a couple of days at Hotel Manila with our family and small dog, but we felt so good there that we extended the trip. At check-in, they told me pets aren’t allowed on Jesolo beach. That wasn’t a problem in the end, since we found a very good solution and enjoyed our holiday. Everyone on staff was kind, and we’re planning to come back next year.

The beach is just 10 steps from the hotel. The staff were very kind, and the service was perfect. Both breakfast and dinner at the buffet were delicious.
