The last day was unpleasant: someone else was given our sunbed while we were in the sea, and a stranger had moved my things. They gave me another bed, but it was farther from the sea in a worse spot, and the hot sand burned my feet. I’d grown used to my nice sunbed over the week. They apologized. The rest of the setup was lovely: the beach is a short walk away, there's a lift, and the room and bed were comfortable and spotless. Numbered sunbeds and bicycles are free for guests as part of the price. The hotel has its own private beach, separate pools for children and adults, and an incredibly rich, delicious breakfast.

I booked 6 nights through booking.com, and when I arrived I liked the location so much that I asked to add one more night. After 3 nights, I found out that the friend caring for my dog had Covid, so I had to return urgently. I went to pay and asked them not to charge for the extra night, explaining that I had an emergency with my dog. That was true because of my friend's illness. I didn't mention Covid at the time because I was healthy and didn't want to cause panic; I thought saying there was an emergency was enough. The receptionist said she couldn't do ANYTHING because the extra night had been confirmed on booking.com and that it was their policy. When I got home, I found the extra night had never been confirmed there. It felt like an excuse for them not to make any gesture. They called me a liar on booking.com. I've never had such unfriendly and dishonest customer service.

We had a very satisfying 10 days here in July. It's a wonderful hotel for anyone looking for peace and quiet, with a lovely location right by the sea. Every room has its own sunbed on the beach for the whole stay, which was very convenient. The beach is clean and sandy, with a gentle entry into the water that works well for children and adults. Pine trees shade the hotel grounds and make the atmosphere pleasant. There are two pools, one for children and one for adults, with sunbeds nearby. Breakfast was tasty, and there were enough seats for all the guests. A minimarket, pharmacy, cafe, and bus stop are all close by. Most guests were Europeans, pets are allowed, and our room was cleaned daily. The only small drawback was no mini-fridge in the room, but it didn't spoil our impression. We recommend it!
