Hotel Nettuno

The hotel sits between the beach on one side and the main street on the other, and the location is great. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Fantastic service! 🔝👍👌

Service was the best part of our stay. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help; Andre at the reception was especially helpful, even before we arrived. This was my second time at hotel Nettuno, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s super clean and in a prime location, and the food was top notch. We booked full board, and all three meals were outstanding. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Lido di Jesolo, Hotel Nettuno is the place to go.

Breakfast had everything we wanted, from eggs, fruit and vegetables to fresh crepes, yogurt, cakes, cookies, donuts, sweet spreads, cheeses and sausages. Drinks included a juice machine, four coffee machines, and still or sparkling bottled water. We had a wonderful stay with our two kids and booked a Deluxe room. Its huge balcony looked over the Adriatic Sea and lively beach. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the beach, and its location made exploring easy. The facilities were excellent, and staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The kids liked the clean, well-kept pool area, open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. We also enjoyed a free hour in the spa, with an emotional shower, Kneipp pool and three saunas: Finnish, Turkish and 40°C. I used the room with crushed ice to cool down. Whenever we had an issue, staff sorted it out right away and stayed friendly. First-class quality. We highly recommend it for families wanting a comfortable, scenic getaway.

The building could use a major refurbishment. One staircase smelled quite bad, probably from old sewer pipes, though the staff keep the place incredibly clean. The common facilities are great, breakfast is very good, and staff are attentive. Given the room price, I’d expect a coffee maker or kettle and proper glasses instead of plastic cups.
