Hotel Trovatore

I stayed four nights for the IRONMAN 70.3, and the location worked really well. The hotel is near the main shops and restaurants but still quiet. For the race, it’s around 750m from the T1 and T2 transition area and around 2.4km from the start. You can walk or rent a bike. They served an early breakfast at 5am, which helped us a lot, and let us keep our bike in the room. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfy bed, and the internet speed was good. Breakfast had everything we needed, including fresh bread and pastries. At check-in we got five discount vouchers for good restaurants around the hotel, which was a great surprise. The staff were super friendly and parking is available. I’d definitely recommend it, especially to anyone taking part in the IRONMAN.

Everything you need is only a short walk away, so getting around was easy. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well looked after. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a convenient location and comfortable, clean surroundings.

The hotel is old and has an old setup, but Roberto and the staff took really good care of us. They’re warm and welcoming, and the rooms and hotel are always super clean. There’s plenty of parking, and lots of food nearby. The hotel also has restaurant partnerships nearby that offer discounts. Breakfast was okay, though it could use more options.

We couldn’t fit our car into the hotel parking area because of its size, but they gave us a card for free parking in a lot 150 meters away. The beach was no more than 150 meters away too, and each room came with two loungers and an umbrella there at no extra charge. The owner and staff at Trovatore Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was excellent, with daily cleaning. We’d love to visit again. Thank you, Marco, and Forza Milan.
