Vidi Miramare & Delfino

We really enjoyed our two weeks, and the spa was a treat. You can book a free 60-minute slot each day, and we made good use of it. A phone-free rule would help, though. Other guests often took calls, photos, and videos there, which didn't always let us feel comfortable or relaxed. The hotel was clean and in a great spot, right on the beach and in the town centre. Our favourite bars and restaurants were within a 10-minute walk, and we liked having designated sun loungers. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us, whether saying hello or good night. Breakfast had plenty of options for everyone, but it got repetitive, and sometimes the hot food was cold. The soundproofing could also be better since we could hear our neighbours clearly, though we understand the building isn't modern. A lovely stay overall, and thanks to the whole team for making us feel welcome.

The location is perfect, right across from the beach. My room was clean and had a balcony, and the breakfast was fantastic.

I booked this for our vacation in 2019, and I still have the confirmation and can provide it to Google.com. This isn't a fake review. The hotel was clean and right on the beach, but we paid for a front sea view and got a side sea view instead, which cost less than what we had paid. We were very upset and embarrassed. Please note that breakfast was very high in fat. I had a health problem, so I had to buy cheese at a nearby supermarket. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.

The waiter in the white jacket was lovely and professional, and the view was great. I came especially because this place is known for its award-winning best club sandwich, but that was a real disappointment: four slices of bread, not tasty, and nothing special. I don't understand why it was judged the best. It cost a lot, and I've eaten much better at the Chioschi.
