The cleanliness was the one thing I liked, almost to a ridiculous degree. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place. The service was very poor, and I didn't find the staff or waiters very friendly. One staff member took my fork from me and put it down abruptly instead of asking politely, which felt rude and uncomfortable. Dinner moved painfully slowly. We waited 20 minutes for the appetizer, then another half hour after finishing it for the main course. Most days we gave up on dessert and left. Dinner was scheduled for 7 PM, but while waiting for dessert we saw it was already past 8:10 PM. The food was unsalted. Breakfast had little variety, and some of the bread was stale. The rooms were small.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, and its city location worked well. But our stay on May 1st and May 2nd was cold at night with no heating, and there was no hot water in the bathroom either. Breakfast was frustrating both mornings: the buffet ran out, and each small refill disappeared quickly, so guests had to wait again. The portions brought out were too small for the number of people eating.

The food was really good at both breakfast and dinner, and the location was great. Our room was clean, and everyone was polite and helpful. They spoke English very well too. A fantastic place to stay.

Being so close to the beach was a real plus. The room was lovely too, and the food was exceptional.
