Finding a space in their parking lots was pretty difficult. Apart from that, I had a good experience.

Handy spot, close to the sea and the town center.

The only thing going for this place is its central location, just a short walk from the sea and nearby amenities. I was counting down the days until I could leave. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here. Nearly €200 a night for a place this shabby is far too much. The agency promoting it has a lovely office with screens full of dream homes, but this rental felt like a nightmare. The apartment was filthy and worn throughout, and it was hard to believe the people renting it out didn't know about its condition. The bathroom sink leaked, the shower was black with mold, and there were cobwebs and spiders. Mold covered the room walls so badly that the air was hard to breathe. The air conditioning didn't cool the whole place properly. We were "lucky" to have bad weather, or the heat would have been unbearable. Getting hot water was a whole ordeal, even after the property was notified promptly. Four people had to coordinate: one checked the boiler pressure, another lowered it, a third turned on the kitchen and bathroom taps, and only then could someone take a quick shower. A technician came the next day and said the boiler needed replacing. The rooms were dated, worn, and dirty. Even the yellow-stained pillows had only a very thin cover. Some of the linens in the cellophane wrapping were missing towels or even sheets. The upper bunk bed was broken. The dishes were dirty, and there weren't enough of them. The whole stay was embarrassing, to say the least. It seems impossible that the owners wouldn't know about the sagging bed, failing boiler, and general state of disrepair and filth.
