Hotel Touring

This was our second stay here. The hotel is conveniently close to the beach and has its own area there. Our room was kept neat, the staff were friendly, and breakfast included high quality food. Parking is available for a fee.

The workers were so sweet and helpful, and the rooms get cleaned every day with fresh towels. We didn’t get much shampoo or soap, though. Breakfast was amazing, even the fresh vegetables and fruit tasted better than elsewhere! It’s a busy town, but the beach is super close. The room AC is very old, and on the top floor I hit my head on the ceiling several times.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but my friends did, and I joined them for breakfast for an extra fee. I was pretty satisfied with it. The location is great, and the staff seemed quite nice from the way they interacted with my friends.

Breakfast started each morning with them asking for our room number. It felt like unnecessary checking and made things uncomfortable. They could make that process easier and more guest friendly. The nights were much worse. Shouting, loud conversations and music from noisy neighbors went on all night, and we couldn’t get a proper sleep. The soundproofing seemed nonexistent. We complained several times, but the staff didn’t do anything about it. My stay was extremely disappointing. If you care about peace and quiet, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
